Dr. Neumann has spent over 25 years in high technology. His work spans a spectrum of industries from start-ups to the Fortune 500.

Prior to joining Red Hill Partners International, he was CEO of Nokia Cable, an international company with more than 600 employees; he handled multiple business cultures and successfully developed and implemented new business ideas. He is strongly results oriented shown by the substantial increases in revenue and profit he produced.

Prior to Nokia, Dr. Neumann has worked as Vice President of Sales in the telecommunication and data network equipment industry, and managed a profit center with more than 80 sales persons. He personally started new business sectors using his solid marketing and business development skills.

His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Cologne/Germany.
